I had some issues with my interlink between my 898si and 858di it kept
connecting and disconnecting on its own. I went through
their troubleshooting and reset the interlink and
all their steps before calling tech support. After a very short
phone call and them understanding i had already followed
all of thier recommended fixes, a new interlink was on its way free of charge
as well as a return shipping tag for the old one.
I got it and hooked it up but did not hard mount it
for a few days to make sure it worked. It worked
perfect thus it is now hard mounted. Glad i didnt have
any cable issues, etc. even though they sent them also, I
didnt want to have to rerun them. Anyway when i upgrade
electronics this HB customer support was my
deciding factor as i feel both have quality products.
