Default Hand steering adapter for foot control trolling motors

I have seen a few on the water, they may all be custom ? Does anyone make a hand control adapter for Minn Kota Maxxuum foot control trolling motors ? When trolling for crappie, sitting with your foot on the trolling motor all day wears me out. I have seen a few boats with adapters that allow both hand controll tiller or foot control steering. I have searched the webb but can only find adapters for hand control motors.
Can someone tell me where I can buy or have one made ? banghead

I have tried the auto pilot motors, but they are worthless to me when shooting docks, making quick corrections, or working channel ledges.

with a maxxum ,if it will help ,you have a screw under cable on foot pedal that will keep pedal from turning, allowing you to rest your feet. I too am a cable man only, with the type of fishing I do, docks and jigging over brush. I am building me a motor that runs my cable maxxum for trolling, it works good at guiding but have to use electric wire to a left and right switch, can't figure out how to make it remote
