I'm doing a electronic upgrade on the trolling motor as soon as I get off this deployment and have about 700 set aside for an up grade. I've looked at the hummingbirds on line and they look to have a larger screen vs the lorance. I want the split screen option and I don't really need gps. I would like one that is easily seen in the sun. Please give me your inputs and thought because I'm all ears thanks
In our government-controlled schools we are taught that Lincoln was our greatest president because his war ended slavery and saved the Union. As usual, the other side of the story – the side that reflects poorly on the government – somehow gets lost. – Richard J. Maybury, The Abe Lincoln Hoax

    Mo,

Look at the Humminbird 596 (no gps) 597 (gps) and 788 (gps with network). I have the 788 version and I have no problem seeing it in direct sunlight. I assumed you want color.
