I can't get mine to show structure like everybody elses. What am I doing wrong?

Could be your sensitivity is way out of whack, but you should try to explain what you are seeing or post a screenshot. Hard to know what to tell you without more info.

For instance....are you in an area where there is "known" structure...drops, brush, etc? How deep are you scanning?

For me I find I can turn the sensitivity way down and get better images. Also make sure your chart speed is similar to your boat speed. Post pics along with settings for more specific help.
