Just finished this install today. Have read a lot about placement of the transducer and height. Was able to get the transducer about 18" away from the prop and about 6" away from the closest rib. Installed a piece of composite board so if I need to move it I won't sweat adding more holes.
Hope this will work well. Might not get to test before my next fishing trip.
Any thoughts or opinions on this? Think I'm good?
