    Default On a GPS FF that has the puck, and the FF is kinda in the middle of the


    boat, I dont think I would want to mount the puck right by the unit would I ? I was thinkin of mounting to the side of the boat, would that be a good place ? not real sure on where to locate the GPS puck

    I would either mount it right above the transducer, or close to the f/f unit, to keep l/l cordinates by ducer or by the unit .
    I have a eagle 480 that I made mounting plate between unit and mount. Puck sets right behind unit.
