    Default Humminbird Down Imaging with Minn Kota Universal Transducer


    Will any of the Humminbird Down Imaging units work with the Minn Kota Universal Transducer or will I have to use the Humminbird transducer with a trolling motor mount? I'm wanting to upgrade both my trolling motor and up front depth finder and want to make sure I understand all of my options.

    The US2 transducer is not compatible with the Down Imaging products. I have my Down Imaging transducer rigged on the outside of my Terrova's lower unit, in much the same way that many guys rig their HDSI transducers for Side Imaging units at the bow.
