Ya I seen that and the garmin 300
I was really ready to buy the garmin 300 and another batt but now that I heard all the good things about the piraņa max series I'm leanin towards one of them with the dual beam
I wish they had a color one like the 190 that was portable I think I'm finally gonna break down and buy one and once I do it's gonna take me a month to learn how to use it ( this is my first time hehe poplin my ff cherry what if my dad finds out omg I gotta be home by 8:30
And not to mention I have no idea at all how to read one
Stow Away make a small deep cycle battery that it is the same size as a lawnmower battery.
What's the diff it the pirana 160 and hummingbird 570 portable is it worth the extra money
570 has a bigger screen...shoots a little deeper...more levels of "grayscale"...more p2p watts...
The 570 bigger screen would be the biggest advantage to the average fisherman...

So I tink I finally decided I'm gonna get the 570 but here's my question lookin at videos and pics of people's sonar screen let's say ur using a dual beem like on the 570 I understand the fish icons are diff depending on the beam but let's say it's showing a stump at 30 ft how do u know which side it is on or where it is in relation to ur boat
Sorry bout al the questions but I'm way new at this and I am pretty sure I'm gonna learn most of it at our Arkansas crappie cAmp but would like a general knowledge before then so I don't look like a douche on the water
