I have a 55 terrova trolling motor and am going to replace it with an 80 terrova. I am going to install the transducer for a HM 998c Si. I have a transducer saver it is 7 inches long. Does the new terrova have the skeg in the back. If it is in the front I will have to find a different way to mount the transducer. I went to Bass pro, Academy Sports and there was nothing to look at. I have sent a message to Minn Kota and haven't heard back. I'm feeling the need to fish. I have read the other threads and the way they have rigged their motors and will do the same. I will probably buy the terrova and then the i-pilot so I don't have the us2 sensor.
