I have 787c2 Combo that stopped communicating with it's external devices, (ie. GPS, WeatherSense). So I called Humminbird and spoke to a rep. (Dawn) she was very nice and after discussing the problem she said it would be covered under warranty at no charge to send it in. I sent it in last Thursday and got it back today. A brand new one in the box with a new mount, transducer, GPS and all the hardware... Now that's what I call GREAT costumer service!!!! thanks Humminbird!!!!
