Handheld GPS 60 Question

I have a gps 60 now for 2 years with much info on it.I was told that i should back up the info in case something happens the unit.I have no leads etc for this unit.What do i need and where would i purchase the stuff that i need.Also is there a internal battery inside that will run out and cannot be replaced? Thankyou.

not familar with that unit, but the owners manual might be some help, or google????

The Garmin 60 contains a micro Sd card with the information on it, also the USB power cable is a PC communication cable as well. Go to the Garmin website for info and products.
