I was on the phone today with Lowrance customer service over a hour & more, they were helping me download a upgrade, they found my trouble was the Norton anti virus would not accept the download plus they walked me right thru putting it on HDS8, they -Steve was his name, was very polite & very patient with me. At the end he gave me a few tips on restoring to factory setting & others, never in a hurry just took it one step at a time and explained the why/where of it all- Best customer service I have gotten from ANY company-Thanks to Steve and Lowrance customer service Thumbs Up
