What would cause my Minn Kota All Terrain 65 24V to only have speeds 1-3, and not 4 and 5? Could the switch be bad? I thought maybe the batteries were going dead after the first time, but even after a charge it still only has 1-3. I am going to check the voltage at each battery just to be safe, but these are only half a year old if that.
