Waypoints to SD card

Is there away to type your waypoints into your computer and then transfer them to a SD card

What GPS device does the SD card go into?

Yes, use GPS BABEL or Humminbird PC (or Lowrance version, I assume). You can enter your coord's for your points, then download them to your card.
