    Consider this post a bash on their CS. The following is the generic response from Minn Kotas email a question.


    "Thank you for contacting Johnson Outdoors Minn Kota. You should receive a response within 2-3 business days."

    I sent the message (actually two messages) on March 31st regarding a problem with my TM. I've yet to hear back from them. I'd bet if it was a question about a product or possible purchase I would have gotten a response, but, if it is a question about a problem, then I reckon they just ignore it hoping it will go away.

    They are riding high on their sales and products for now, I hope they don't get too big for their britches.

    If it's been 5 weeks without a response, why not give them a call or email them again, anyone can have something slip through their finger now and then. Doesn't mean they are bad, just means their human. It's hard to believe but not everything is perfect.

    I called them when the GPS went out on my iPilot. They shipped me the parts to fix it SecondDay FedEx so I would have it in time to fish that weekend.
    Great people to work with.

    The only time I have time to call them is when I'm not working and they're closed. If they're going to have a contact email, then I would think they would have someone respond. btw, it was more than one email to them, the one I'm referring to is the longest.

    Minn Kota has been great to me. Both times I spoke with someone over the phone and the parts were shipped ASAP and I had them inside of 3 days. You might want to take a cell phone to work and give them a call.:o

    You might try setting aside 5 minutes of your lunch break to give them a call. They are real responsive on the phone; I'm sure it wouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.

    When I got my new Edge 70 less than a year ago had a problem with the foot controller had no problem with customer service they gave me the phone number to there service center here in Wichita.Had it back in less than a week.
