    Default Motor Guide 75W help

We were fishin this mornin and had a problem. Motor was workin fine, tied up for awhile and trie to move and the prop wouldn't turn. You could change directions but no prop. Took prop off and checked pin and it was fine. Not good with electronics any help would be appreciated. It's a 75W wireless Motor Guide.

The 1st thing I would check is the battery connections. Also if you have a circuit breaker is it tripped?

    Good luck with it

is the motor hot to the touch? could be water getting into it and grounding it out.

No circuit breaker, and the motor is cool. It will stear great with the remote, but not prop rotation.

remove power to the trolling motor and then re connect worked for me a while back.
same thing motor would not go. I unplgged the cord to check the prop and pin and all looked ok. i plugged it back in and it has been going for over a year.
I had got into some mud with it before it stopped working.
    Good luck

What broncomo said, mine did the same thing a while back, pulled the power plug in and out a few times from the socket and all has been fine ever since. I think the brass connections get some oxidation on them that needs rubbed off.
