RAM Mounting Systems Customer support

Last Sunday the RAM Mount Trolling Motor Stabilizer saved my trolling motor. While pulling up to a dock in 25+ mph winds.
The wind / waves slammed my Minkota TM into the dock.
Without the Trolling Motor Stabilizer, it would have done much more damage:o
The prop broke and damaged / broke part of the ram mount.

I sent off a e-mail to RAM Mounting Systems along with a pic / and my address (as instructed to) yesterday.
Today I get a call / e-mail -- It is covered by their "lifetime"warranty..
So for $2..for shipping -- I get the broke part to repair my ram mount..
It should be it later this week.
That just save me $70 for a new one :

Great to hear that some companies care about their customers.

However give them a call and ask about their Light Speed Rod Holder and the enormous piece of crap that it is and see what kind of response you get. I have been trying like hell to get them to replace them because they just don't work and they wont do anything to take of me. I bought six to troll crankbaits.

Take some time and look at the reviews online of this product. I wish I had prior to coughing up $60/per!
