mounting a transducer on motorguide wireless TM????

Has anybody mounted a transducer on one of these?? My fater in law just bought one but we were'nt sure about how to mount his td onto this motor?? Could'nt find a mount online anywhere. Was kind of worried about what to do with the wire since you can't attach it to the shaft since it has to slide through a collar when deploying or stowing the unit. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
