Motorguide wireless w55 problems

The wireless trolling motor stopped turning on us yesterday while fishing. There was not a impact or bind put on the motor when it stopped. U can hear the motor inside of the transmission box running, but no turn. It is not making any clicking or grinding noise.The coupling on the shaft is made up to the box correctly. We are fixing to break it down and take a looksee, but just thought I would ask to see if anyone was familiar with this before we do. Thanx

Could be the little motor is spinning and the shaft gear is slipping. I have had this happen with some of my robots.
