HumminbirdPC question

I am trying to install HumminbirdPC on my computer and it isn't loading like it should..(I think). Rather than take up space on this forum, I was wondering if there is someone out there who is familiar with how this program should install and work that would be kind enough to trade some pm's with me to help me find out if I'm the one at fault or if it's a computer thing.
