    Getting ready to buy and trying to decide.
    Is 1 inch worth the extra $. I think units have the same features it's just screen size
    any help would be appreciated

    I thought the same thing and decided on the 898. I have been satisfied! I have only had it for a few weeks though!

    Buy the biggest screen you can afford...then borrow enough $$ to get the next largest....

    There is no substitution for screen real estate....

    I promise..you will never say.... this bigger screen wasn't worth it

    I BOUGHT THE 898 for the console which is closer to you and i bought the 998 for the bow which i tend to view from further away. works for me.
