I use the vinegar spray also.
Another thing I heard: If you have calcium spots on the screen (where water drops dried up), spray the vinegar on and let it sit for a minute before you wipe it off. Basically, the vinegar will dissolve the calcium, if you wipe it before that happens you might scratch the screen.

I spray windex on a paper towel then wipe the screen clean, may not be the right way but it works for me.

Gotta watch paper towels; some of them have larger wood fibers and can be abrasive on plastics.

just plain ol water and a soft dry towel, no paper towels for me

Last fall me and my brother fished with Richard Williams. We asked him the same question. He turned us on to a product called "KRYSTAL VISION" This stuff was designed specifically for electronic screens. It's also used for Gun scopes and Binoculers. We bought some and I can tell you. This stuff is simply Amazing. Thanks WEEZER.

I bought an mac note book screen protecter 15 inch and made screen protecters for a 977HB si,585Hb,565HB,525HB,garmin72 hand held GPS and a garmin 76CXS GPS and still have enough left over for a few more GPS covers or small screen fish finder. It all so has anti-glare which makes it easy to see in bright sun light. Its made for the note book computers it suppose to be 100% UV the only one at the time two years ago that could clame that. Its been on my graphs for two years and its great so far.
