with the interlink or should I wait and go with the Ethernet setup ? I dont think the Ethernet setup is available yet and not sure which is the better of the two setups. Of course I want to be able to share waypoints and such between the units

    thanks

I would wit due to the expandable capability of the Ethernet. The InterLink can not be expanded to do more than it can right now.

Thanks Greg, do you have a time frame when the ethernet might be ready for use on a 898 and 788ci HD DI ?

The 788ci HD DI is an Ethernet capable unit.
I do not know when they will have the Ethernet software available.
    Or the donut fixed CP.
