Default 997 SI and HB PC

I am having problems with seeing my saved way points from my SD card on HB PC. I keep getting a message that there are no way points on the card. That is not true as I have many saved. The only thing that I can figure is that I was saving them using the screen-shot function. Is that the problem? I noticed that all my data on the card is saved as a ".png" file and HB PC appears to be looking for ".gpx" file.

What do I need to do? I am running Windows Vista, which I hate by the way.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You, Howard V.

You have not saved them, you need to go under nav tab and save them to SD card, you have just saved a picture

Man I had the same problem bud. If you don't understand how to turn the snapshot off pm me and I will let you know how to do it step by step. When you hit the button to mark a waypoint what does it say on the screen?????

Export your NAV data to the SD card. HBPC wants the data.hwr file located in the Matrix folder.

Waypoints, routes, and tracks are saved directly to the internal memory of the unit...

Snapshots and recordings are saved directly to the SD card....
