    Default What mount for SI on trolling motor


    Wanting to put a 898 on the bow with Si tranducer on the trolling motor. Is there a mount for it or do I have to make on up myself.

    Check out Transducershieldandsaver.com. Got one for my Lowrance and couldn't ask for any better. Z21.

    Check the xducer number that's printed on the cable about a foot up from the puck...

    Then see if that xducer number is listed in 1 of these...

    Agree with RangerZ21, these are to fish finder trolling motor mounting what sliced bread was to eating! They prevent the transducer from being knocked out of position and having to be straightened each time you bump a stump or rock. May result in easier breakage of the transducer itself, but, hasn't happened with me, yet.
