CanePole's V2 ipilot foot pedal box - install....
Just got CanePoles box installed on my Powerdrive, works like a champ and really easy to put on. It only took about 15 minutes to connect, I just need to figure out where to screw it down and I'm done.
The wire out of the top goes to the trolling motor, the one out the left side goes to the ipilot wiring and the one out the bottom goes to the foot control, the switch on the top allows you to switch from the ipilot remote to the foot pedal. I took a couple of pics to show the size, it was smaller than I expected (insert joke here). Thanks again Tom!

I am in front (16' Lund) and control with remote, usually 1/2 day.
Buddy in back with foot control.
I set speed on cruise using remote, or sometimes lay trak or follow track with remote.
Buddy steers boat, as well as setting auto pilot with foot control.
So how does Mr. Poles box change things then makes them better?

With most PD v2 that use I-Pilot you can not use the foot control , only the remote , with the terrova you can use both,but with CANE's box you use a switch to go from one to the other .
