Transducer help

Just put a Minn Kota Power Drive V2 on my boat. Also bought 2 humminbird 788ci combos, one for the dash and one for up fornt. The marina installing everything just called and said they couldn't put the transducer on the trolling motor and was going to have to put both transducers in the back. What do I need to do to get a transducer up front?
