Well, its is qa tight fit. Mounted on a wood block to check it out before I spend money on a 50 dollar mount from LEI. Tight fit.
I kinda followed BBs post for installing the transducer.
I added the bungee cord to keep the slack out of the cable. The loop in the cable at the head unit and the bungee cord allows for 2 full turns of the cable around the TM shaft without any damage to cable or bungee cord (just in case). The bungee cord keeps a small tension on the cable to keep it in close proximity of the TM shaft. The bungee cord is from a portable Black and Decker lamp(that don't work).
I didn't finish up the install as I twisted my bad leg and succumbed to darvon.
Just throwing this out for suggestions.
