    I have no problems getting Lowrance customer service. I wait in line like everyone else. I use their tech support often.

    I use them all the time for questions, e-mails,phone,and no problems, havent had any problems with the HD units so don't know about there return department. happy camper so far

    No she is no long employed by Lowrance. I don't know the whole story on her departure but I have heard there CS has suffered terribly since she left.

    I have hear 99% positive results from everyone that has used them in the past few months. I used them twice, with excellent results.

    I have a buddy that has had some problem's with his hd10. He say's their customer service is wonderful. I have no idea though. I bought CanePoles HB 997 and it is scared to act up:D.
