Default How dificult is it to remove prop on Minn Kota 50?

I wrapped my marker buoy line around the inside of my Endura 50 by the prop and have no manual. How hard is it to take off and put the prop back on?

I am technically challenged so please be explicit!

    Thanks.

Remove the nut holding the prop on and pull it off. If the line caused the shear pin to bend it may be hard to get off. I've seen them so bad I had to cut the prop off but hopefully you will be lucky.

That line may have overloaded it & blew fuse/circuitbreaker,check for power.

Remove top cover and look for fuse inside cover, should be a inline type.

Yeah, I would think there'd be a fusible link in there somewhere as well.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune Zettler, but I had to chuckle when I read about the marker buoy string in your prop!:D... I thought I was the only one that did stuff like that!

The last time I was out long line trolling I hooked a huge crappie that put up a heckuva fight!!!... until I looked back and saw my jig had snagged my marker buoy line and my marker buoy flopping all over the place as I was pumping and reeling.:p no crappie on the line when I got it in... just marker buoy.
