It works just fine. I didn't get to do much break in (beta testing) as we had yard work as the priority.

I will say after 4 hours and 50 fish, it was still working.

I know. I have no direct replacement, but looking at an alternative. My unit works pretty good, but the kids have my boat this weekend. Keep my fingers crossed.

thanks for the update ,when looking at alternative conectors do they need to be atleast 7pin ,if the warranty is 50 keeper crappie mine will be lifetime warranty then lol
