Are Minn Kota Remotes Hard To Get or What?

I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my MK ASC guy to get me a replacement remote for my iPilot Terrova. At first, he told me "3 days top". Now he's saying they haven't shipped it.

I plan on calling MK tomorrow, but I was wondering if you peeps know if they are really in short demand or if he's blowing smoke?

I use Grizzly Jig as my MK ASC, when my remote broke they had them in stock. Might want to give them a call.
