Have you called them to see what's going on? Paperwork could have gotten lost in the shuffle. If they took your credit card #, they should have sent a new one out immediately.

Been 21 days since I sent my IPilot back to MK. They said they would send me another unit, even took my credit card info in case I didn't return my bad unit to them. Still waiting. Anyone else have problems?
