    Default Radio Clock

The radio has a clock that stays on when it is turned off. Any chance that this will drain the cranking battery that it is hooked to in a short amount of time?

I seriously doubt it but typically there's a particular wire dedicated to feeding juice when the ignition is off so if you're worried about it you could locate the wire and disconnect it.

I thought about doing that if I had to.

That clock draws milliamps. It would take a very long time to run your battery down.

I thought so but just wanted to make sure. Thanks for all the help.
