Humminbird repair policy

What is HB repair policy? Do you need a repair authorization or just send it in with a letter describing the problem(s)? Charges, return postage, etc.?

I have reset my defaults before downloading the new update and lost two tabs. Was also having trouble with the sonar, losing info at speeds above 4+ miles an hour.

Per suggestions, I have reset my defaults at least 5 times. The tabs do not come up and I am on advanced.

Get with them they will fill you in on what to do. They have always been easy to work with for me.

If first time they will assign you a customer number. Write that number down as that will always be your number. They will tell you to send unit to them. You pay shipping to them. They will pay to ship it back. The customer number that they give will have to be on the box.
Like Shilo said they are great people to deal with. Hope you get the lady that talked to me. That southern belle accent always make my day a little more enjoyable.
