    Default How many batteries?

Im just curious how many batteries you all run in your boats. I run 4. 1 for startin battery and 1 FF, 1 for my other FF and bilge, livewell, acc. cause we do alot of not fishin and 2 for my trollin motor. Im thinkin about goin down to 1 TM battery, but i hate runnin down my trollin motor battery. What do ya think? I gotta 16' Lowe with a 46 lb 12 volt TM.

I run 3. Two for my trolling motor(that's all, nothing else) and one more for my cranking/other electrical. I have never had any problems. I do however charge all of my batteries before every trip. My boat is a 2060 WarEagle with 80 lb. Thrust Terrova. I have a 797si and a 787c2 and they both stay on all day. I also pump my livewell every 30 mins.

I also run 3 batteries. I do always get the 31 series though. 2 for the trolling motor 70# MK Maxxum and I can push my 20 foot Shadow about all day. I do make sure they are fully charged before leaving home.

2 batts up front wired in parallel for the troller and front sonar. 1 batt for cranking and console sonar.

Three--two for TM, and one large cranking battery for everything else. Make sure I keep them charged.
