I got one. The only problem I have is the lock screw works loose. Have to constantly tighten it. Only has one screw and could use at least 2 screws too skeep it rigider.......Screws being like to ones that hold the sonar in the gimbals bracket.

Anybody ever use one of the metal quick detach plates? I'm wondering how solid they are and if there's any tendency for it to vibrate loose or whether it rattles due to slack in it.
Got a buddy (yeah you Bigger) with one of the polymer quick detach deals and it's pretty dang solid, but that's the only one I've ever layed hands on. Just wondering if the metal is better - have noted it's more expensive.
BTW, anybody got a used one or the other shoot me a line. I'm not only trashy, but I'm cheap too.

Thanks CP. That's what I figured. I used to have a link to a company that you could order just what you're talking about in any size, length and thread count you could dream up and all sorts of star type hand designs. Want me to see if I can come up with the link for ya?
I also appreciate the extra effort in inventing a new word just for me.
