    Default Mounting a Fish Finder

I've got a 520c to mount up front and I'm getting the 998 to mount on the console of my boat. I've got a center console and want in on the side so I can just turn it around and see it from the bow of the boat. What's the cheapest and best way to mount them. I know NOTHING about mounting them, ask Bigger Jigger and Wannabe. LOL I see something about a RAM mount but they're like 60 bucks each or so. That and haven't seen a way to mount the 998 on the side of my console. Guessing those balls on the RM mount will swivel enough to use it as a side mount. Thanks guys

RAM mount is the way to go. You could get by with a Johnny Ray swivel on the bow, but you for sure want the RAM on the console.
