Sharing waypoints -Garmin76CSx and Humminbird 798CSI

I splurged and bought myself a new SI. I am very excited. The only thing that I am trying to figure out though is how to share/transfer waypoints from my Garmin76CSx to the SI unit.

I am sure that other people are already doing this. If so, how? I would like to share the waypoints in "real time". This is to say, that if i mark structure on the SI unit, i would like waypoint to be saved to both the SI and my Garmin. Any ideas how to do this?

You’ll have to use something like Cane Pole suggested as I have not heard of any way of sharing waypoints live on the boat.
