Looks good to me. It won't take alot to lure me over from HB. I am still trying to figure mine out. My HB is easy to sidescan and find structure but for me almost impossible to go back and find. The GPS on my HB sucks! Hope Lowrance does a better job(It will be hard to do worse than HB)!! Just my 2 cents..

...I've had all kinds of water invasion problems with my two new units (one a replacement for the first one that got water in it after a downpour. The replacement; you guessed it. It did just fine until I got caught flat-footed inthe middle of the lake during another downpour. More water. Two weeks and still no word from my friends at Lowrance.

Why can't they make a watertight unit anymore????????

If I had a HB, I'd just learn the machine as long as it didn't get flooded.

I have to say i like hearing that price for the lowrance unit. With the options that it will include sounds like i may just have to look into one of those. Can't beat the price versus the humminbird units.

remember that price is the price of the add on unit, you still have to buy and HD unit to use it on.

What the price on the transducer? I know it will be separate cost too.

The $699.00 price tag, is that for the transducer and the brain box?

That is what I was told also. The package would fit any HD That you already have. The transducer is about the size of a stick of butter cut in 1/2. Glad to see you posted your pictures mine were on a cell phone and not as good as yours. The transducer bracket looked a little flimsy to me but they said they also had other mouthing brackets for jack plates and steps.
