My little Crappie.com family here, has just been so great, supportive, and wonderful to know. Our site, partly inspired by my father taking me perch fishing oh so long ago, will always be here in memory of him.
Ed - So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I'm sure your father's spirit will live on thru this site!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad a few years ago so I do know how hard it is. Things will never be the same but they will get better. Hang in there.
Sadly, I can relate. Trust in God and know, no matter what we may believe and think otherwise, HE has NEVER made a mistake!!!! My prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time.

Ed, I am so sorry for you loss. Our thoughts and Prayers go out to you and the family.. I lost my dad about 10 years ago but I will always remember the times I got to spend with him on the water. There are many times I think about him while I am fishing but I know he is in a much better place now.. If you need anything that we can help you with, just let us know.
lost mine many years ago sir. it does gets easier. try and celebrate his life more than you morn his death.

It's always hard to lose your Dad no matter at what age and you will miss him of course. But it gets easier after a while and lots of little things will remind you of him and they will bring a smile to your face. Your lucky you dad took you fishing.
