    Mainly water clarity and the type of sky I am fishing under. I also like to have at least one bait out that matches the local forage as best I can too if I can identify it. Time on the water and keeping a journal will help you find the right baits for the waters and conditions you are fishing. Big bites, full baskets, and god's blessings to ya!

    The water color determines the bait color i use mostly stained water i use the darker color and clear ewater i use lighter ! good Fishing
