    Default Outstanding Mold

This mold has been an outstanding one for me, as it has produced the most varity of fish from Gills, to Crappie, Bass,
and believe it or not, a 48" + Muskey !
    (Best color was White)

    Default One must understand

One must understand that like any lure or creation, it has it's limitations.
now not to create any controversy from 1" to 3" curly tails they have their advantages and disadvantages, so bare with me.
I fish clear waters here in Wisconsin, where do to this twister size I mainly pan fish from 5 to about 15ft using a 1/32oz jig head.
Now, going beyond that dept and or fishing stained or muddy waters I use a different technique, I found using any jig head weight beyond 1/8oz it looses it's performance.
To gain what performance is lost, I start to use a plain #4 aberdeen hook then anywhere from 6 to 12" up the line I use a split bullet style weight, which can be 1/8 to 1/4oz, I tie a tandem twister 12" behind it so I've doubled it's potential.

Again this works for me as it becomes a more trial and error for the waters one fishes.

If you pm me I can run some off to you

I would look at the fat guys fishing to. It has a sliding bar for different tail colors. Probably more $ but way less work/time.

I have their slide mold in a stinger works fantastic. We were thinking about getting the twister tail with the slide in the future, but slides really worked good..
