Color cross over

I am just starting to get into crappie fishing but have been making baits for a long time. I have had a stinger mold for a long time and have made baits for ledge dipping.

I have used a black/chartreuse jig lots of times for bass. I got a wild hair and made some black/chartreuse stingers that I plan to try Friday. What color head would you use?

Also I found some glow in the dark powder in my cabinet. Would that be appropriate for any crappie baits?
