are you talking about glow-in-the-dark you can take regular fluorescent orange and put very little to get that COLOR transparent.

try 4 oz plastic, 2 drops do-it x2 fluor orange, 12 drops of mf transparent brown. adjust as needed for your preferred tone. brian
