Talking SOMETHING LEFT IN THE TEST TANK

Now that I have your attention folks please look into my aquarium test tank. I pulled out my soft plastic two inch minnow mold and began playing with it again. Then I began to test the creations in the aquarium. They looked so realistic I decided to leave them in the aquarium and made 24 more for me to fish with this Spring. Any comments?

They really pecked away at the ones I infused with Anise and Gulp. I also put two real 2" minnows in the test tank for comparison. They looked pretty darn close to this old man.

I just started making these a few years ago with a mold I bought from Snake River (Bob Hinkle). It is one of my go to lures. Here in Alabama and also in South Carolina I will catch a lot of 13 to 16" Crappies on this one lure. My favorites are a clear plastic and fine silver mixed one or a Very light colored lime Chartreuse and pearl mix with a black lateral line like the one you see on the bottom pink road runner head.
