Need help find a mold for this lure.

This is just the first picture I could find on the internet. I am looking for a mold for a 3 1/2 inch to 4 inch minnow twisty tail like the one picture below. Preferably an injection mold with multiple cavities.

Looked at them previously but they are all grub twisty tails at least as far as I could tell unless I missed one.
