Some colors bleed. That's why I use spite-it/ lureworks. Look at their site and it tells you if it will bleed or not. That is why I stopped using LC they couldn't tell if a color would bleed or not. Plus some colors only bleed if you use too much in a bait.
Spike It has actually recently added a rating system for all of their colourants. You can actually see before hand how transparent a colour is, whether or not it bleeds and how bad it bleeds. Cool way to see what a colour will be like before getting it.

Is it just your orange bleeding as too much X2 orange does bleed?
I recently had a blue body/pearl tail using X2 colorants that the blue bled into the tail. Was a 1st for me.
Yep Travis just my x 2 that has claim of no bleed that actually bleeds. Their flour pink will also bleed. May have to try spike its in those colors.
The deal here is Do It (as with most others too) buy the pigments and dyes from a manufacturer and cut them so they can be bottled and sold. So what they may mix and bottle and call non bleed may actually have components that will bleed to varying degrees. The reason I had made the switch to mainly using Spike It's colourants is because they are the manufacturer. They have always labeled their colourants to differentiate bleeding and non-bleed colours (this new rating on the website takes it a step further). Also, if I need a specific colour mixed they can and will get it done, look at their Mint Brown, I had them duplicate Bear's old Chocolate Mint colour that was no longer made.
I have never had this problem using the x2. The x2 is the only one that I use for all my plastic .

I don't buy ANYTHING from DoIt. All of my colourant (liquid and powder) comes from either Spike It (and their parent company) MF or LureCraft (only a couple colours), Flake comes from Spike It (and their parent company). Spike It is the retail end for one of the largest soft plastic suppliers in the US.
