That is a Do-it 2.5" carrot, Bass Tackle 2.4" stinger swim bait, Jacobs 2.5" willow tail and a Do-it bat jig modified to a 90 degree hook.

Excellent color combo. In fact I used something similar today an caught over 40 fish/ five different species using a dark body and bright chartreuse tail.
