How hard would it be to make such a lure with a small pocket on the underbelly to put a nibblet in. Don't know if that makes sense but that's the way I think. I know some of you will not fish without putting a nibblet on a jig. Having a pocket would make it a much better way to do it and lose less nibblets.

Very nice work
CTom, once again you are the master. great core shots. dave
I do not know how to do this but i wonder if CTom or SnakeRiver could fabricate a small aluminum insert to place inside the belly of the mold for each cavity. Then when you inject the mold with hot plastic it flows around the insert. Remove the insert and you have a nibblet cavity. Just wondering......
I've seen a mod made to a larger bait mold to this effect but I'm not set up to try it.
I might keep my eye open for some small aluminum thingamajings that would fit into the belly of my mold. Would need to oil the thing before injecting hot plastic all around it. Seems like after I shoot a mold that I can cut a small slit and use tweezers to remove the insert leaving a nibblet cavity. Now to find some thingamajings and whatchamacallits dadblabbitall. LOL
I shot these this morning, sticking to my purple/chartreuse pet color scheme.
